Dats v3 issues

Anyone have any idea why a dats won't calibrate test leads or impedance? My surface 9 pro windows 11 was using the dats v3 previously but even then it wouldn't calibrate. Now it won't even pull any measurement.

Ive tried reinstall, reboot, checked USB drivers, far as I can tell it has access to USB output and input changed the USB cord.

I can even hear the sweep on a driver it's just really really low I can even generate a small signal out but it's very very low.

I've tried playing with dats a few times since I've bought it and it's never worked right for me.

For something so simple it's given me multiple issues.

What is the volume level of the device when the DATs is connected and selected?
I've tried multiple levels from 1 to 30, 50, to 100.

Check your microphone and output device settings. Might be some post processing, compression, etc turned on.
Checked far as I can tell everything is off
I had problems too, does it the DATS software say "no sweep detected"?
No it just doesn't pick up anything no results like it's open circuit

I thought it was my USB hub but on my older computer I still have the same issues without the hub.

Rew doesn't pick anything up from it either but tbh I didn't expect it to.

If the test lead has good continuity but you're getting this message then the connection to the DATS module is bad or there's an open inside the box.
