Head Unit for 2013 Honda CRV - CarPlay

Hi Guys, looking for a head unit for my wife's car. She is not technical so it needs to be simple and fuss free. Needs to have wired CarPlay, iDatalink compatible, preferably with physical volume buttons and power. Needs to show factory reverse camera when the car is in reverse without having to hit a button. I want to use the factory amp, sub and speakers.

I read reviews on every radio at Crutchfield with CarPlay and iDatalink and there are complaints frustrated users on every one from $300-$800 dollars. :-(

Do you know of a bullit proof, frustration free option?

the sony isn't maestro compatible, use either a pioneer of kenwood. pioneer is more "simple" to use for the uninitiated typically. anyone complaining is dumb. the proper maestro setup will handle all of your integration, 1400 nex is a very acceptable answer.

actually, the ilx-w650 is a decent option, for a "wifes car" it'd be a toss up between the 650 and 1400

At Cruthfield, looking at Pioneer MVH-1400NEX, Pioneer DMH-2660NEX. The Pioneer DMH-2660NEX has HD radio and the volume buttons are in a different spot on the screen. Not sure what the other differences are or if one is newer than the other.
