You should be able to just wire the positive to your power (use a source that’s only on with the car, or use a relay), and black to ground. The other two wires are usually for fan speed control and not necessary.

 

I used the 5v versions with the USB plugs. Then used a 12v USB splitter type deal.

But dude right above me is right, black is ground and the 3 other colors are different speeds.
