Peerless gbs 8 flat sub?

Would a pair of these be solid under the front seats as front subs?

The mounting depth from what I could find is 31mm so it'd easily fit

They worked pretty good as under seat midbass. An improvement over the JBL fuse in my application. While they are shallow mounts, the geometry of the cone requires counter sinking and in my case inverting the drivers to install under seat. Didn't want the cone contacting seat bottom.

For sub duty you might need PRs to get some low end.

33$ each at Digi key makes them an easy buy just to play around with.

If you have more space compare them against the Dayton LS 10"

10's would get a little close to the hardware under the seats unfortunately. I wouldn't need these to get low, I'd think the 60's would be about about right (will depend on my sub roll off though).
