I've got one single RCA pre-op for my subwoofer coming out of my head unit I have a subwoofer RCA jack coming from factory wiring harness for factory subwoofer where do I plug in my RCA's for my amp for my aftermarket subs. The only other pre outs coming from my head unit are for front speakers and rear speakers

I don't understand the question. You have a set of RCA out of your head unit, right? And a wiring harness with a RCAs for the sub? Then you have a set for front and rear? That is 4 sets of RCAs? And your asking which one to use? I'm confused

I think you're saying your subwoofer output from your head unit is single channel.
If this is the case buy a y adapter to make the one rca plug into both inputs on the amp.
Ignore any rca's in your factory harness.
