Strange static noise from speakers, including turn signals?

So I have a 2012 VW Sportwagen that I've installed 10 speakers - 4 6.5", 4 1" tweeters, and 2 4" speakers - in the factory locations. All Alpine S series, hooked up to a 1200W Pioneer amp. It's all hooked up to a Joying Android headunit. Before anyone says anything, yes, I'm aware these Android headunits have a poor reputation around here, and I understand there's a good chance that might be the problem. This is one of the newer units though, supposedly with better preouts. I've seen a video on a group dedicated to these units of someone pushing it to 4.6V with no clipping. Regardless, I want to run through the troubleshooting steps and could use some advice on this noise thing.

Issue is a hissing static-y white noise right from when I turn the car on. Initially it would go away when I set the headunit volume to zero, but now it's just all the time except for when the headunit is off. I've tried some ground loop isolators (because it's quick and easy), didn't solve the problem at all. Next I think I'm going to try grounding the headunit, bought some wire for it. I'm also going to try plugging my phone into the amp to see if the noise goes away. But I want to know what you guys think.

The strange part is the nature of the static. When I turn the headlights on at any point, an additional buzz overlays itself on top of the static. When I turn my turn signal (but only when the engine is on) I can hear the static dip in and out with the pattern of the turn signal. Both the left and right turn signals do it, but the left turn signal makes the static dip in and out more strongly. When I hit the brakes (only when the engine is on) there's also an additional hiss. However, the noise does NOT rise with RPM or volume, which is the confusing part. Either way, the fact that there's interference with my turn signals makes me think that it might be more than my headunit causing the problem.

You have to troubleshoot noise one component at a time, from the amp up to the radio.

Power the amp on with no rca's connected.. If you still have noise you know the issue is the amp or it's wiring. Fix accordingly. If the noise isn't present you move up to the next component.

Power the amp on with the rca's connected at the amp but not at the radio. Noise means you need to check the rca's or thier routing. No noise move up to the next component.

Keep moving forward until the noise is gone or you find the bad component.

In my experience the amount of noise your describing usually means you have a bad amp or non isolated signal ground on one component pulling voltage through the rca.

I disconnected my RCAs at the amp, noise went away. I plugged in my iPod to the amp at the amp, and there was no noise when I played some music. I guess next I'm going to take the headunit out and look at the RCAs on the other side. I also noted the noise was only coming out of my tweeters and 4"s. My 6.5" speakers are silent.

Possible rca picking up interference from what it sounds like, turn signal and brakes are in the rear and could be picking up noise that way. Try unplugging rca at headunit and see if it still makes that noise. Maybe try running temp rca from headunit to amp.

So 95% of the noise went away when I tried a MiniDSP 2x4 HD and plugged it in using the optical output of my headunit, to the RCAs that have already been ran. Clean, clear sound. To get rid of that turn signal intereference I'm thinking of ditching the RCAs entirely, running optical from my headunit all the way to where my amp is, then using super short RCA patch cables from the miniDSP to the amp. My next question is, how do I power the miniDSP in my car, in an integrated manner? I found a DC to DC converter online called miniDC, but that's for the original 2x4 and not the 2x4 HD. I haven't found such a product for the 2x4 HD. The power brick that came with the 2x4 HD draws 12V 0.8A.

Alright, how can I find one? Every single listing I can find online is out of stock, except for this one Dutch listing, and they don't ship to the USA.

This miniDC thing seems kind of rare.

A simple relay could also work, wouldn’t want to run it straight off remote plus use it for amp turn on. I believe it’s a relay to turn on dsp then relay for remote to your amps. I have it and have used it just didn’t bother to test how it works(if there’s a delay)

Do you think something like this might be sufficient for the power supply?

And then maybe this if I need a relay?

Sorry to bother you, I'm inexperienced with this electrical stuff.
