I have 2 Rockford fosgate 12s wired at 1 ohm and a skar audio sk-m5001d amp, basically one day my subs work and when I woke up the next morning they weren’t working I’ve tried everything from replacing the fuse under the hood, too rewiring everything into the amp. The amp powers on but as I said nothing is working I’m thinking maybe it’s the amp.

That sux, time to throw it in the gutter and go buy an other...... lol. Is it in protect mode? Usually when amps go bad they stay in protect mode. If not, have you checked where your getting your signal from. RCAs? High level?

My internet guess is; 'you've cooked the amp'...
You're running two 12" subs at 1ohm, off a small amplifier that is barely designed to run one sub.
What model number Rockford subs are they?
Are they 2ohm subs (or 1ohm)?
How do you have them wired?

Check if your amp gets signal from your source/dsp, check if any of those outputs isnt muted or disabled, check speaker wires from your amp to sw enclosure, check connections to subs and connector itself.
Check if remote sends 12v voltage to the amp, check if amp is in protect mode ir normal operating….
if all this checks ok, then your amp might be a problem.
