Well, I had this up for sale on here a year ago. I sold it to a friend, then we traded amps last summer and I got this one back again :)

In the old ad, I posted that the XO switch turned off the output...it doesn't. He tested it, I tested it when I got it back...works fine. He, however, lost the one terminal screw :(

So it's fully working, and pretty powerful for its size. Stereo, bridged...whatever you want to do with it.

All the mounting feet are there and it's only missing the one screw.

Factory rated at 12v:
2 x 40 @ 4 ohms stereo
2 x 80 @ 2 ohms stereo
1 x 180 @ 4 ohms bridged
1 x 280 @ 4 ohms bridged (14.4v "dynamic" power)

Looking for $50 + actual shipping. FedEx or USPS, figure about $10 with either in the US. No trades...freeing up some cash for tweeters :)

When I put this up last year, it sold 3 times over within a day or so...where'd everyone go? :worried:

If worse comes to worst, you could also use it as a hammer, or for self-defense, or put it under a tire to drive your car onto if it's too low to fit a jack under it

Bump...

Is $50 too much? Or is nobody looking forward to ripping their cars apart in a month once it get warm-ish and doing everything over again?

$50 isn't too much. I feel it's priced just right. These are nicely underrated and their actual rms power is close (and often higher) than their Dynamic ratings at usual voltage levels. I used many of these back when they were current. One of my favorite installs was a 4320 and 2300 running all Boston Pro gear (two 12.4LF's and a Pro 6.4 set in my 1991 Trams Am GTA).

Have you sold this amp. I want it if you still have it. I had several of those series of amps A 2300,2160 & 2 280s in one system.

Got a PM on this amp last week with no response, so I might as well bump it again.

It's just been sitting, I have no real use for it. Plus, Pawn America has (had?) a nice black 2150x for $50...really nice condition, I mean...so I thought of this 280 while contemplating their no-return policy on car audio :mean:
