What material, diameter and thickness. Hole locations, tapped, blah blah blah. Let me know what you need and I can help you out. It'd be pretty easy and all you'd need to do is send a mcmaster or metal xpress order to me. They're super fast and relatively inexpensive (depending on material). Then just take care of the shipping costs to you and just a little labor and you'll be set. Could be done and shipped out by friday. A dimensioned drawing would help a lot.

 

You could do them yourself if you're handy with a router.

fresh bits...powerful router and lots of water for cooling are essentials.

 

Water jet can knock them out for you.

 

I can probably cut them on my waterjet in acouple weeks after I get my new fixture for what I do regulary, otherwise it isnt worth it to dismantle my fixture and have to reset it up.

But I would lok for a shop with a waterjet, I am assuming it is thinner metal and not hardened, will take 5-10 minutes to cut if that

 

Yeah, it's a series of 10 rings ranging from 1/16" thickness for the thinnest pair to 3/4 for the thickest pair. I would cut 'em with my router but I don't have a table and don't trust my hands for doing that.

 

anything under 6.5" diam, I'd use a bi-metal hole saw for the ID or OD or both... in a drill press, slow & lubed.

if not... find a local waterjet or CNC operator... 3/4" thick steel... or aluminum... serious stuff.
