So I've been making some calls locally and nobody can help. I've found places that plasma cut but that isn't accurate enough for me.

Am I stuck going to a machine shop or is it possible to order some metal rings online and have 'em shipped?

What material, diameter and thickness. Hole locations, tapped, blah blah blah. Let me know what you need and I can help you out. It'd be pretty easy and all you'd need to do is send a mcmaster or metal xpress order to me. They're super fast and relatively inexpensive (depending on material). Then just take care of the shipping costs to you and just a little labor and you'll be set. Could be done and shipped out by friday. A dimensioned drawing would help a lot.

I can probably cut them on my waterjet in acouple weeks after I get my new fixture for what I do regulary, otherwise it isnt worth it to dismantle my fixture and have to reset it up.

But I would lok for a shop with a waterjet, I am assuming it is thinner metal and not hardened, will take 5-10 minutes to cut if that

anything under 6.5" diam, I'd use a bi-metal hole saw for the ID or OD or both... in a drill press, slow & lubed.

if not... find a local waterjet or CNC operator... 3/4" thick steel... or aluminum... serious stuff.

You could also contact Alro Steel about this, my brother works on a tubing laser for one of there facilities.. He's actually going to laser cut some CF panels for me for logos..
