Left my car for storage for 3 month, i didn't disconnected the battery because my uncle had the 2way remote in case of theift intrusion.. well i went to see the car and the battery is dead.

So is the proper way to charge her up is with a 1amp charge for the whole winter ? or should i already consider using my warranty ?

Thanks!

AGM batteries don't like to be discharged. I'd try charging it with an AGM-approved charger and if it's fine it's fine. Can go to an Autozone with it and get it tested, too. Keep it on a trickle charge from a Battery Tender after that (not the little one... had one of those burn up).

had a DHP go dead due to a kid.

Was going to take it in and exchange but through it on my charger paralleled with a lawn mower battery I was charging.

24 hours later, the battery held a chargeand seemed to be fine. Still working today in the 9 degree heat we are experiencing

This is what i've been told to do. Not necessarily a lawn mower battery, but the idea is right.

I WOULD CHARGE IT ON HIGH FOR AN HOUR OR SO AND AFTER THAT KEEP A LOW CHARGE ON IT FOR A FEW HOURS A DAY FOR LIKE A WEEK. I'VE DONE THIS ON NORMAL BATTERIES BUT I'M NOT SURE ABOUT AGM. MIGHT BE A DIFFERENT PROCESS OR NOT WORK AT ALL.

I had my Diehard Platinum die on me cause I left the dome light on before leaving out of town. I came back and jump started it no problem but for a few weeks, it sounded like it had to struggle to start the car everytime (always started it though on the first crank). Ended up taking it to Sears and they replaced it under warranty which was about to expire BTW. They said the battery was "technically" within specs but replaced it because it wasnt optimally performing. If it is within warranty, just take it in to avoid any potential hassles down the road

First thing I did after buying new truck is ti left dome light on and kill the battery. Installed leds instead of 19 cengury incandescent bulbs. No more killed batteries

I've had a batterytender, and a batteryMINDer and there's no comparison. The Minder is considerably better with its desulfation. I bought a batterytender before I knew any better and it worked fine but for about the same price you can have the desulfation. It's brought a couple batteries back from the dead. You can get one specifically for an AGM for both charging and maintenance. I plug my TL in every night partially because my drive is only 2-5 minutes and especially in the winter with the rear window defrost and seat heaters it's hard for the alternator to recover it from a start in that time.

If you're wanting something that will bring it back the right way and maintain it it, I would give it a shot.

When my DHP died I took it to sears (wife didn't know the headlights were on and was listing to the radio during the day) and they recharged it (took a little over an hour) but when I picked it up they told me it was working well above specs and was fully charged. Its been about 3 months since that happen and I haven't had any issues since then.
